Q: How can I get a custom garment made?

A: I currently take a limited number of custom orders each month. If a consultation slot is available you can complete the item with information. An email will be sent to start communication on garment options and finalize them and a new custom listing will be provided to make the final item purchase. The Slot Fee is non-refundable, but WILL be subtracted from the final cost once order is complete.

 

Q: What is the current turn around time? 

A: Non-custom orders will ship within 1-3 business days from Oklahoma. Custom orders have individual time lines based on order starting at four weeks.

 

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA? 

A: We do NOT currently ship outside of the USA. 

 

Q: My order shows delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?

A: In this instance the first step is to contact your postal office with tracking number for the GPS location of the delivery. If it shows delivered to your address correctly the next step is to file a mail theft report with your local police department before a resolution can be made.
